Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9690 — I was sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin

A man narrated: I was sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) when a man from the tribe of Hamdan came to him and said: "O Abu Abd al-Rahman! Shall I buy this horse?" He asked: "What is its situation?" He said: "Its owner has made me his executor." He said: "Do not buy it, and do not borrow anything from his wealth."
