Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9671 — he said: The impotent man is to be given

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ، ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، أنا الرُّكَيْنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ عَمِيلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «يُؤَجَّلُ الْعِنِّينُ سَنَةً، فَإِنْ وَصَلَ إِلَيْهَا وَإِلَّا فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The impotent man is to be given a respite of one year; if he reaches her, well and good; otherwise they are to be separated, and the woman is to receive the dowry."
