Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9670 — he said: The impotent man is to be given

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ قَبِيصَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «يُؤَجَّلُ الْعِنِّينُ سَنَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The impotent man is to be given a respite of one year."
