حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، فِي الْأَمَةِ تُبَاعُ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ، قَالَ: «بَيْعُهَا طَلَاقُهَا»
Ibrahim narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning a slave woman who is sold while she has a husband that he said: "Her sale is her divorce."
