Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9608 — he said: Whoever wishes, I am ready

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: «مَنْ شَاءَ حَالَفْتُهُ أَنَّ سُورَةَ النِّسَاءِ الْقُصْرَى نَزَلَتْ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Whoever wishes, I am ready to contend with him under oath that the shorter Surah al-Nisa' (Surah al-Talaq) was revealed after the verse of four months and ten days."
