Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9602 — he swore an oath to stay away

A man narrates that he swore an oath to stay away from his wife for ten days, then asked Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) about it, and he said: "If four months pass, then it is ila'."
