Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 960 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Hand me

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ أَبَا رَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نَاوِلْنِي الذِّرَاعَ» فَنَاوَلْتُهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «نَاوِلْنِي الذِّرَاعَ» فَنَاوَلْتُهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «نَاوِلْنِي الذِّرَاعَ» فَقُلْتُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، وَلِلشَّاةِ غَيْرُ ذِرَاعَيْنِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوْ نَاوَلْتَنِي مَا زِلْتَ تُنَاوِلُنِي»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Hand me the foreleg." I handed it to him. Then he said: "Hand me the foreleg." I handed it to him. Then he said: "Hand me the foreleg." I said: O Prophet of Allah! Does a goat have more than two forelegs? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Had you kept handing them to me, you would have continued handing them to me."
