Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9590 — from Sayyiduna Abdullah that he said

Masruq narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said concerning the 'mawhubah' (the woman whose husband hands her over to her family): "If they (her family) accept her, it counts as one divorce, and she is more entitled to it; and if they do not accept her, it is nothing (that is, no divorce has occurred)."
