Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9528 — Sayyiduna Abdullah said: The first thing

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: «أَوَّلُ مَا تَفْقِدُونَ مِنْ دِينِكُمُ الْأَمَانَةُ، وَآخِرُ مَا يَبْقَى الصَّلَاةُ، وَلَيُصَلِّيَنَّ قَوْمٌ لَا دِينَ لَهُمْ»
Shaddad bin Ma'qil said that Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The first thing of your religion that you will lose is trustworthiness (amanah), and the last thing to remain will be the prayer; and there will be people who pray while they have no religion."
