Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9217 — If I were to become ritually impure

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «لَوْ أَجْنَبْتُ، ثُمَّ لَمْ أَجِدِ الْمَاءَ شَهْرًا مَا صَلَّيْتُ» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: «لَا يُؤْخَذُ بِهِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If I were to become ritually impure (junub) and then not find water for a month, even then I would not pray."
