Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9212 — Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud said

Shaqiq bin Salamah narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "For the traveller, wiping over the leather socks is for three days, and for the resident, a day and a night." And I travelled with Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), and he kept wiping over his leather socks for three days.
