حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ لَا يَقْنُتُ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ الصَّلَوَاتِ إِلَّا فِي الْوِتْرِ قَبْلَ الرَّكْعَةِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) did not recite qunut in any prayer except the witr, and he recited the qunut (in the witr) before the ruku' (bowing).
