Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9048 — , regarding the saying of Allah Almighty

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، {وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ لَوَاقِحَ} [الحجر: ٢٢] قَالَ: «يُرْسِلُ اللهُ الرِّيحَ فَتَحْمِلُ الْمَاءَ، فَيَمُرُّ سَحَابٌ فَيُدِرُّ كَمَا تُدِرُّ اللِّقْحَةُ ثُمَّ يُمْطِرُ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said, regarding the saying of Allah Almighty: "And We sent the fertilising winds" [Surah al-Hijr: 22]: "Allah Almighty sends the wind, which carries the water; then the cloud passes and yields (its water) just as a milch animal yields its milk, then it sends down rain."
