حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيَّبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ " فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنِ اسْتُشْهِدَ يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ: أَسْعَدُ بْنُ سَلَامَةَ "
Ibn Shihab said: Among those of the Ansar, and then of Banu Abd al-Ashhal, who were martyred on the Day of al-Yamamah, is this name: As'ad bin Salamah.
