حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ الَّذِي لَا يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَائِقَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talq bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is not a believer whose neighbour is not safe from his harms."
