Reports Qays bin Talq narrated from his father — Muhammad bin Jabir al-Yamami from Qays bin Talq
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8202 — he said: I said: O Messenger of Allah

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ الرَّجُلَ يَتَوَضَّأُ ثُمَّ يَهْوِي بِيَدِهِ، فَيَمَسُّ ذَكَرَهُ أَوَ أَرُشُّهُ؟ قَالَ: «هُوَ مِنْكَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talq bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you say about a man who performs ablution, then lowers his hand and touches his private part, or sprinkles water on it?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is but a part of you."
