حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْمَدَنِيُّ، ثنا فَرَجُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي ثَابِتُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبْيَضَ بْنِ حَمَّالٍ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ بِوَجْهِهِ حَزَازَةٌ - يَعْنِي الْقُوبَاءَ - فَنَقَمْتُ أَنْفَهُ» فَدَعَاهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَمَسَحَ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ " فَلَمْ يُمَسَّ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ وَفِيهِ أَثَرٌ
Sa'id bin Abyad bin Hammal narrates that his father (Sayyiduna Abyad (may Allah be pleased with him)) had a skin disease on his face, that is, ringworm, which had spread over his nose. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) called him and passed his hand over his face, and before evening came that day no trace of it remained.
