Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8071 — the Prophet ﷺ said: On Friday the angels

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ تَقْعُدُ عَلَى أَبْوَابِ الْمَسَاجِدِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَيَكْتُبُونَ الْأَوَّلَ وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ، وَإِذَا خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ رُفِعَتِ الصُّحُفُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On Friday the angels sit at the doors of the mosques and record the first, the second and the third to arrive; and when the imam comes out, the registers are lifted."
