Companions Whose Names Begin with Sad (ص)
أبو غالب صاحب المحجن، واسمه حزور
Abu Ghalib, the man with the staff, whose name was Hazawwar
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8064 — whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَبِيبٍ زَيْدُ بْنُ الْمُهْتَدِي الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ تَكَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا لِكَيْ يُفْهَمَ عَنْهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said something, he would repeat it three times so that his (peace and blessings be upon him) words would be understood.
