It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever finds it hard to strive in worship at night, or is too miserly to spend wealth, or is too cowardly to fight the enemy, let him say often: 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi' (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him), for it is more beloved to Allah than a mountain of gold spent in the path of Allah."
