حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو خُلَيْدٍ عُتْبَةُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا ابْنُ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: نُودِيَ فِينَا عَامَ خَيْبَرَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ حَرَامٌ، وَالْحُمُرُ الْأَهْلِيَّةُ حَرَامٌ»
«وَأَنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِعَاصٍ»
«وَأَنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِعَاصٍ»
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: In the year of Khaybar it was announced among us, with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): "Every beast of prey with fangs is unlawful, and domestic donkeys are unlawful."
"And indeed Paradise is not lawful for a disobedient one."
