القاسم بن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد الشامي مولى معاوية، عن أبي أمامة، يكنى أبو عبد الرحمن يحيى بن الحارث الذماري، عن القاسم
al-Qasim bin Abd al-Rahman bin Yazid al-Shami, the freed slave of Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him), known as Abu Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) — Yahya bin al-Harith al-Dhimari from al-Qasim
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7719 — the Prophet ﷺ used to join
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامةَ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ كَانَ يَصِلُ شَعْبَانَ بِرَمَضَانَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to join (the fasting of) Sha'ban with Ramadan.
