Ufayr bin Madan from Sulaym bin Amir
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7664 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ الْحَوْطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، ثنا عُفَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ: «إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَرِهَ لَكُمِ الْبَيَانَ، كُلَّ الْبَيَانِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, dislikes for you excessive (boastful) eloquence."
