Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7661 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The best

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْحَوْطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، ثنا عُفَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ، قَالَ: «خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا، وَشَرُّ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ آخِرُهَا، وَخَيْرُ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ آخِرُهَا، وَشَرُّ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ أَوَّلُهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best of the rows of men is the first, and the worst of the rows of men is the last; and the best of the rows of women is the last, and the worst of the rows of women is the first."
