حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، ثنا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثنا عُفَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ: «مَنْ غَسَّلَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَاغْتَسَلَ، وَغَدَا وَابْتَكَرَ، وَدَنَا وَاسْتَمَعَ وَأَنْصَتَ كَانَ لَهُ كِفْلَانِ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever washes (his head) on Friday and takes a ritual bath (ghusl), sets out early and arrives at the earliest time, draws near (to the imam), listens attentively and remains silent, will have a double reward."
