Ufayr bin Madan from Sulaym bin Amir
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7656 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، ثنا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثنا عُفَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ قَالَ: «إِذَا كَبَّرَ الْإِمَامُ فَكَبِّرُوا، وَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا، وَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَاسْجُدُوا، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فَارْفَعُوا، وَإِنْ صَلَّى جَالِسًا فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا أَجْمَعِينَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the imam says the takbir, say the takbir; when he bows, bow; when he prostrates, prostrate; when he raises his head from bowing, raise yours; and if he prays sitting, then all of you pray sitting."
