حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْمُعَلِّمُ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثنا دُحَيْمٌ، قَالَا: ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، وأَبِي الْيَمَانِ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَدَنِي أَنْ يُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ، وَزَادَنِي ثَلَاثَ حَثَيَاتٍ»
قِيلَ: فَمَا سَعَةُ حَوْضِكَ؟ قَالَ: «كَمَا بَيْنَ عَدْنٍ إِلَى عُمَانَ، فِيهِ شِعْبَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَفِضَّةٍ» قَالَ: فَمَا حَوْضُكَ؟ قَالَ: «أَشَدُّ بَيَاضًا مِنَ اللَّبَنِ، وَأَحْلَى مَذَاقَةً مِنَ الْعَسَلِ، وَأَطْيَبُ رَائِحَةً مِنَ الْمِسْكِ، مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ بَعْدَهَا، وَلَمْ يَسْوَدَّ وَجْهُهُ أَبَدًا»
قِيلَ: فَمَا سَعَةُ حَوْضِكَ؟ قَالَ: «كَمَا بَيْنَ عَدْنٍ إِلَى عُمَانَ، فِيهِ شِعْبَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَفِضَّةٍ» قَالَ: فَمَا حَوْضُكَ؟ قَالَ: «أَشَدُّ بَيَاضًا مِنَ اللَّبَنِ، وَأَحْلَى مَذَاقَةً مِنَ الْعَسَلِ، وَأَطْيَبُ رَائِحَةً مِنَ الْمِسْكِ، مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ بَعْدَهَا، وَلَمْ يَسْوَدَّ وَجْهُهُ أَبَدًا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, has promised me that He will admit seventy thousand of my Ummah into Paradise without reckoning, and He has granted me three handfuls more."
It was said: "How wide is your Basin?" He said: "As far as the distance from Aden to Oman; in it are two channels of gold and silver." Someone said: "What is your Basin like?" He said: "Whiter than milk, sweeter in taste than honey, and more fragrant than musk. Whoever drinks from it will never be thirsty after that, and his face will never be blackened."
