Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7618 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثنا مَرْوَانُ مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنِ الْأَحْوَصِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْأَلْهَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، وعُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ، كَانَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ فِي مَسْجِدٍ جَمَاعَةً، ثُمَّ مَكَثَ حَتَّى يُسَبِّحَ تَسْبِيحَةَ الضُّحَى، كَانَ لَهُ كَأَجْرِ حَاجٍّ وَمُعْتَمِرٍ تَامٍّ لَهُ حَجَّتُهُ وَعُمْرَتُهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah and Sayyiduna Utbah bin Abd (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "Whoever prays the Fajr prayer in congregation in a mosque, then remains seated until he offers the tasbih (prayer) of Duha, will have a reward like that of one who performs a complete Hajj and Umrah."
