حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا حَجَّاجٌ الْأَزْرَقُ، ثنا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ رُكْبَانًا، فَمَرَرْنَا بِهَجَمْةٍ، «فَقَالَ لِمَنْ هَذِهِ؟» قَالُوا: لِبَنِي الْعَنْبَرِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ: «أُولَئِكَ قَوْمُنَا»
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: We were riding with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when we passed by a large herd of camels. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Whose are these?" The people said: They belong to Banu al-Anbar. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They are of our people."
