Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 757 — some people came to the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى الدِّمَشْقِيِّ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ أُنَاسًا أَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالُوا: سَعِّرْ لَنَا أَسْعَارًا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ غَلَاءَ أَسْعَارِكُمْ وَرُخْصِهَا بِيَدِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ أَلْقَى اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، وَلَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْكُمْ قِبَلِي مَظْلَمَةٌ فِي مَالٍ وَلَا دَمٍ»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that some people came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, fix prices for us. the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The dearness and cheapness of your goods are in the Hand of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. I hope to meet Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, in a state where none of you has any claim against me for a wrong concerning property or blood."
