Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7103 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever washes

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ: «مَنْ غَسَّلَ وَاغْتَسَلَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَغَدَا وَابْتَكَرَ، ثُمَّ جَلَسَ قَرِيبًا مِنَ الْإِمَامِ، فَاسْتَمَعَ وَأَنْصَتَ، كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ خَطَاهَا عَمَلَ سَنَةٍ , صِيَامَهَا وَقِيَامَهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Shaddad bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever washes (his head) and takes a ritual bath (ghusl) on Friday, sets out early (to the mosque) and goes early, then sits close to the imam, listens and remains silent, will have, for every step he takes, a reward equal to the fasting and night prayer of a year."
