Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7102 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا قَزَعَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ قَرْضَ بَيْتَ شِعْرٍ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللهُ لَهُ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ صَلَاةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Shaddad bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever composes a line of poetry after Isha, Allah does not accept any prayer from him that night."
