Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7059 — from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub

Through the same chain, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "Whoever pledges land for a debt he owes should pay off his debt from its produce, from what remains after its expenses; and this will be counted as paid off from the debt he owes from that very time, after the labour and expenses of the one who holds the land have been reckoned for him with fairness."
