Sulayman bin Samurah from his father
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7047 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say
اُردوEn
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا خَاصَمَ الرَّجُلُ الْآخَرَ، فَدَعَا أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ لِيَقْضِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا، مَنْ أَبَى أَنْ يَجِيءَ فَلَا حَقَّ لَهُ»
Through the same chain, it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "When two men have a dispute, and one of them calls the other to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) for a judgement, then whoever refuses to come has no right."
