Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7029 — from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub; he

Through the same chain, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him); he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say to us: "It is not permissible for a Muslim man to mutilate his slave (cutting his nose, ears and the like), nor to castrate him; and whomever we learn has done any of that, we will do the same to him."
