Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6995 — It was the way of the Messenger of Allah

Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) says: It was the way of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that when two men among us traded with each other, one of them would give the other the option (to cancel the sale) until he came to agreement with his companion, and each of them would give his companion the option, so each of them would choose what he preferred in the sale.
