Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6924 — We used to travel with the Messenger
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَإِذَا مَطَرَتِ السَّمَاءُ سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ»
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We used to travel with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and when it rained we would hear the caller of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) announce: "Pray in your dwellings."
