Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6862 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Begging

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Begging is a wound and a mark on a man's face, except when a man asks his father, or the ruler who is appointed over him."
