It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led a funeral prayer, and when he had finished he said: "Is anyone from the family of so-and-so here?" He said: No one stood up, until he (peace and blessings be upon him) had said it three times. Then a man stood up and said: "I am here, O Messenger of Allah." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "What prevented you from standing up the first two times? Listen, I mentioned your name only for good. So-and-so died held captive by his debt." He said: I saw his family and whoever was grieved by his affair (all turn their attention to it). He said: So they paid off what he owed until nothing remained upon him.
