سن عمر ووفاته، وفي سنه اختلاف رضي الله عنه
Age and death of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), and the difference of opinion about his age
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 67 — Umar died at the age of fifty-five.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: «مَاتَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَلَى رَأْسِ خَمْسٍ وَخَمْسِينَ»
Ibn Shihab said: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) died at the age of fifty-five.
