Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6527 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَا: ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ سَبْرَةَ بْنِ فَاتِكٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمِيزَانُ بِيَدِ اللهِ، يَرْفَعُ أَقْوَامًا وَيَضَعُ قَوْمًا، وَقَلَبُ ابْنِ آدَمَ بَيْنَ إِصْبَعَيْنِ مِنْ أَصَابِعِ الرَّحْمَنِ، إِنْ شَاءَ أَزَاغَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَقَامَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sabrah bin Fatik al-Asadi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Balance is in the Hand of Allah; He raises some peoples and lowers others. And the heart of the son of Adam is between two of the fingers of the Most Merciful; if He wills He makes it deviate, and if He wills He keeps it upright."
