الربيع بن سبرة عن أبيه
al-Rabi bin Sabrah from his father
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6497 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade mut'ah
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sabrah bin Ma'bad (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade mut'ah on the day of the Conquest of Makkah.
