باب فيما أعد الله من عقابه، وغضبه يوم القيامة لمن اغتصب مال مسلم، أو حلف عليه بيمين كاذبة

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَزَّارُ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ الْبَجَلِيُّ الْقَاضِي، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: لَقَدِ اشْتَرَيْتُ يَمِينِي مَرَّةً بِسَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا، وَذَلِكَ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»
Sayyiduna al-Ash'ath bin Qays (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Once I bought back my oath for seventy thousand (dirhams), and the reason was that I had heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever takes away the right of a Muslim by a false oath will meet Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, while He is angry with him."
