Companions Whose Names Begin with Sin (س)
أبو عمرو البصري، عن سلمان رضي الله عنه
Abu Amr al-Basri from Salman (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6145 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When
اُردوEn
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا ظَهَرَ الْقَوْلُ، وَخُزِنَ الْعَمَلُ، وائْتَلَفَتِ الْأَلْسِنَةُ، وتَبَاغَضَتِ الْقُلُوبُ، وَقَطَعَ كُلُّ ذِي رَحِمٍ رَحِمَهُ، فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللهُ، وأَصَمَّهُمْ، وَأَعْمَى أَبْصَارَهُمْ»
Through the same chain it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When speech becomes widespread and deeds are hidden away, when tongues agree with one another while hearts hate one another, and when every relative cuts off ties with his relative, at that time Allah will curse them, make them deaf and blind their eyes."
