حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مَنْدَهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ قُرَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا عَلَى طَعَامٍ، وَشَرَابٍ مِنْ حَلَالٍ، صَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ فِي سَاعَاتِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever gives a fasting person lawful food and drink to break his fast, the angels send mercy upon him throughout the hours of the month of Ramadan, and Jibril (peace be upon him) sends mercy upon him on the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr)."
