Zadhan Abu Amr from Salman (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6074 — Blood flowed from my nose, so I asked
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا هُرَيْمُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو الْقُرَشِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ: سَالَ مِنْ أَنْفِي دَمٌ، فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «أَحْدِثْ لِمَا حَدَثَ وُضُوءًا»
Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Blood flowed from my nose, so I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform a fresh ablution (wudu) for what has newly occurred."
