سهيل بن بيضاء القرشي ثم الفهري " بدري توفي بالمدينة في حياة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وصلى عليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المسجد، نسبته وهو سهيل بن وهب بن ربيعة بن هلال بن أهيب بن ضبة بن الحارث بن فهر، وبيضاء أمه، واسمها: دعد بنت أسد بن
Suhayl bin Bayda al-Qurashi, then al-Fihri (may Allah be pleased with him), a veteran of Badr; he died in Madinah in the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led his funeral prayer in the mosque; his lineage: Suhayl bin Wahb bin Rabiah bin Hilal bin Uhayb bin Dabbah bin al-Harith bin Fihr, and Bayda was his mother, whose name was Dad bint Asad bin (the text is incomplete here)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: «وَاللهِ مَا صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى سُهَيْلِ ابْنِ بَيْضَاءَ، إِلَّا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ»
Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "By Allah! The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led the funeral prayer of Suhayl bin Bayda' (may Allah be pleased with him) only in the mosque."
