حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ: «عَرَّسَ أَبُو أُسَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ وأَنْبَذَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَتْ صَفَّتْهُ، وسَقَتْهُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Abu Usayd al-Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) got married, and his wife soaked nabidh overnight; then, when morning came, she strained it and gave it to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to drink."
