Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 583 — the Prophet ﷺ said: When it is Friday

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ، عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ فَغَسَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ رَأْسَهُ وَاغْتَسَلَ، ثُمَّ غَدَا وَابْتَكَرَ، وَدَنَا وَاسْتَمَعَ وَأَنْصَتَ، كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ يَخْطُوهَا صِيَامُ سَنَةٍ، وَقِيَامُ سَنَةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Aws bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When it is Friday and one of you washes his head and takes a ritual bath (ghusl), then goes early and goes at the start of its time, and draws near, listens attentively and remains silent, for every step he takes he will have (the reward of) a year of fasting and a year of standing in prayer."
