Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5821 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا، سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «غَدْوَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَوْ رَوْحَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا»
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Setting out in the morning or in the evening in the path of Allah is better than the world and everything in it."
